At PartyLite, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance and decor; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a reimbursement.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your PartyLite account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully pack the unused products in their original boxes with sufficient protective padding to ensure they arrive at our warehouse without damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid return shipping label from your email and secure it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned fragrance products, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
